Remove masipila from maintainers.txt

Hi all,

As some might have noticed my Slack chat with @quietone a while ago I have concluded that I need to step out from the exceptionally wonderful, handsome, beautiful, innovative and cool migration system maintainer team.

I've not had the time to contribute since the curling world championships last October and things don't look like I would have any more time in the foreseeable future. Not only I have quite high ambitions in curling but we're going to have a second child in about one month from now and in addition to that, we're starting to build a house (not planning to physically build it myself but have it built for us :). And I still have a day job, which is (and has never been) Drupal related.

I would like to thank all fellow contributors and maintainers from the bottom of my heart. I've learnt so much from being able to hack with you and I'm really proud on what we've accomplished together. I'm also quite happy with the contributions I've been able to make on the docs and on the i18n migrations. I promised to @quietone that I will keep reviewing and testing those last i18n migration issues that we have left and I'm hoping and planning to keep that promise. But I don't need to be a maintainer to be able to do those things.

So even though this might sound like a good-bye, I'm not completely disappearing from the migration circles.

As @phenaproxima once put it, it's an honor to hack with you!

p.s. I got 'huhuu' to Drupal core. It means 'peekaboo' in Finnish. Please don't ever remove it from core! There are executive vice presidents of publicly listed companies (in plural) that greet me by saying 'huhuu'. :D
