False positive duplicate extensions on multi-site installs

When I run site_audit on sites in a multi-site deployment, duplicate extensions are reported for all sites, even if only one site has site-specific extensions. The paths correctly point to the one site where duplicates do exist. But for all other sites, this is irrelevant.
