I try spawn different projects, but just get "Your submission is enqueued (#0).." and then nothing happens.

Earlier today it was working, but I noticed that the instances I put up were very slow.

The site was hitting the storage threshold and was extremely slow before it went down last night. I'm filing a separate issue so we can track the progress (there already is stuff in progress).

I manually cleaned things up to bring the site back up. Marking this as resolved for now and I'll continue to monitor this and improve on what we have.
