Keynote selection results review: Matthew
- Nelson to reach out about keynote speaker.

Sposnsorship updates: Nelson
- Stripe accounts are still good to go
- Get more details about how we can make things work
- What would be more valuable than a sponsor table in the prime location?

Website updates: Nick/James/Phil/Michaela
- Set up and running on Pantheon
- James is mostly finished with Commerce migration, one more bug to finish and then he'll push
- Phil to start working on components this week

Marketing updates: Phil
- Postcards should be in tomorrow

Diversity and inclusion recommendations: Nick
- Need to follow up with the king center staff about what kind of accessibility accomodations they can provide
- Add information to the website to let people know we would like to accomodate as many people as possible in whatever way is necessary. Reach out to interested parties to coordinate
- Ask for rooms to be as close as possible.
