Unblock my account

Just tried to log in using my jeffam account and I get the following message:

The username jeffam has not been activated or is blocked

When I try to visit https://www.drupal.org/u/jeffam, I see the message:

You need to log in or create an account to access this page.

Where can I find out why my account was blocked? And how can I get it reactivated?
