We can't translate the text when a result is not found : cf. attachement.

Other contrib, like eu_cookie_compliance handle this with translation configuration.

Add the possibility to translate the 'Empty message' (when no items in entity list) string.

Unfortunately, we can not use a YML file for this because the configuration of the list depends on the chosen plugins.
I have no idea how this should be done (Drupal way)...
