Check that request node is set before looping though enabled types bundles

I'm getting an AJAX error trying to use the Moderation Sidebar module. The problem seems to originate on line 73 of the rate.module file where $node was null for this request. I think that the if block on line 68 should check that $node is set, but I haven't studied the code very closely so maybe there's a better solution.
