By rendering the timer field in views, all views get the countdown from the latest posted node. The settings of the countdown in the node remain correct. I try with county and jquery countdown. I also try several views, same result.

I can confirm this issue comes up if you put countdown in view using fields. It is caused by itemKeys variable, which in said case gets reused across multiple entities.
Attaching a patch that solves it by rearranging itemKeys array into multidimensional array keyed by entity id.

In a case the list of items is empty then there won't be an appropriate array key.
