Team Meeting 12/10/2018

Venue
- Working on coordinating with Hailey at the King Center
- Need to finalize dates/times to get contract from Hailey and put deposit down to finalize reservation
- Need to confirm that we get storage space at the venue in the recital hall or in the dance studio

Sponsorship updates
- Need to work to finalize prospectus
- Nelson to review prospectus before end of week, Matthew to review final draft

Summit
- Got a hold of Clayton and he is interested in helping with the non-profit summit, but would like a co-lead
- Next step is to start putting documentation together about who to invite and then start to determine content and structure

Website
- Still shooting for having the install profile ready by early january

Landing page
- Almost done, waiting to finalize dates

Marketing
- Working to get in touch with potential featured speakers
- Need to work on a list of featured speakers to reach out to in the new year
- Also working on post cards

Keynote
- We have some good suggestions in the doc, but we'll take another week to give everyone opportunity and then decide on top 5 to vote on next week.
