Currently it is not possible to send an e-mail to a selection of users via the platform. This would be a really great feature to activate inactive members by sending them targeted e-mails.

Acceptance criteria

  • Allows a SM to send an e-mail to a selection of members on /admin/people via a new bulk operation.
  • SM Can provide a subject and description (only plain-text).
  • E-mail should look pretty (HTML template is used).
