I am working in Drupal from 6 years. The latest release 8.6.3 takes too much time in installation using drush/manual. I wonder what the issues have been in Drupal default files.

BTW my company have a custom profile to use Drupal8 so we kept less modules in installation and our tweaks. I tried today to see the default setup and breathing somehow.

I am not certain what you are asking in this issue. What does "too much time" mean? Do you mean that 8.6.3 takes longer to install with Drush than prior versions? If so, how much longer?

Yes. And if you ask how much longer sorry to say that I didn't give it a timer. It will be helpful if drupal installation show a message with timings which it took in installation. Eager to see if time count helps in fixing this.

If drush is slow you'll have to report it to drush: https://github.com/drush-ops/drush.
