- Need 2-3 classrooms for summits and 2-3 classrooms for trainings
- Friday: 6 classrooms
- Saturday: Recital Hall, Dance Studio, 3 classrooms, main street
- Sunday: Only the dance studio for Sunday
- Nelson to work with Ben at OMF to get this confirmed

- Planning for higher ed, non-profit, library
- Chris reaching out to potential organizers

- Things are still moving on the website
- James is working more this week and planning to push code before the end of the week
- How soon can we get the full site up?
- Mainly need to get registration/payment up
- The sooner we can open session submission, the better
- Target registration and session submission for inital launch

- Thinking about putting together a new email template
