I didn't find any feed whose title contains Yusef. The feed aggregator just lists the feeds by title, so the correct title is required to find it.

Since you are requesting to replace a feed from Planet Drupal, you need to provide the old feed name, the new feed name, and the new feed URL.

The only request you previously did was #2836363: Add zhilevan blog to Planet Drupal. Is that the feed to replace?

No, it has not been update because the feed has not been reviewed. Requesting to replace a feed is not different from asking to add a feed: In both the cases, a new feed is added, and the feed is reviewed before being added.

I've been waiting 29 days for replacing a feed address and a title !!!
a new CMS could be invented in this duration.
Drupal core has been updates since I've asked to replace.
