I had tried to update to screenshots in my existing module project. Successfully updated it.

After saved, module accessing URL started to ask users to log-in.

Even though If I login, it is showing as you don't have permission. Anyone please help me to resolve this.

The project was unpublished. That could explain why it was asked to log in to see it, and why the project was still not visible. (Normal users don't see unpublished projects.)

I re-published it.
