Just installed the module and went to a View configuration. Under the Header section I expected that the "Global: Print" block can be attached to the view. I don't see such block. Am I missing something?

Did you enable entity_print_views?

Had a same issue. Documentation says nothing about entity print views, so I haven't looked for that in the first place.

Yes, that solves my issue. It's a bit tricky, because it's "hidden" from the documentation.
