I am using workflows for groups (https://www.drupal.org/project/group) and workflows for nodes. So far everything works well - but there is one problem I found:
In the workflow history tab, all state changes are presented based on the ID - and if a node and a group have changes, and have the same ID (which can happen, as group IDs are different from node IDs) - a collection of state changes is shown from groups and nodes.
E.g. I have a group with the number 14622 and a node with the same number, then both operations will be shown there.

johnvThe Workflow HIstory tab can be shown in 2 different ways:
- programmed
- via a view (overwrites the programmed version)
Please check if you have the view enabled. Perhaps you can tweak the View to work properly.
Also, the tab works on the path.
Can you give an example of URL-paths for both options?

jviitamaki commentedI happened to bump in to this one and I think that the problem is that WorkflowTransitionListController->historyOvervew() overrides view arguments for history list view and only uses entity_id as an argument causing the workflow history to list transitions made in other entity types as long as the id matches.
Made a quick patch that should fix the problem at least on clean installs.
