We have several corporate modules that we use on our sites.
We also have a ci-builder that reinstalls the demo site several times a day to make sure that the whole process works as it should, and we could always show a clean installation to our clients.

I suspect that in statistics these “fake” installations have a very strong influence, but I don’t know how to check this.

Here are the modules I’m talking about:
https://www.drupal.org/project/usage/bootbase
https://www.drupal.org/project/usage/contact_mail
https://www.drupal.org/project/usage/synmap

To quickly understand the problem, our servers are located in the data center Hetzner (Germany), or in the data center Selectel MSK/SPB (Russia).

it may be more convenient to contact me directly politsin@gmail.com, to understand whether this is caused by some incorrect actions on our part.

The statistics given for the projects are based on the number of sites that ask to updates.drupal.org if there are updates for a project. So, yes, if you have test sites using a project and that are set to ask for updates, they influence the number of sites using a project as reported in the statistics.
