Is there anyway to add an enable/disable button/link in the feed admin page (table view)? I was having issues with a feed, but I wasn't sure which it was. It was suggested that I delete each feed until I found the problem feed. With 42 feeds it would be much nicer if I could simply disable certain feeds rather than delete them.

if you edit a feed you'll find a checkbox to enable/disable aggregation from the feed.

In looking at my feeds I don't see this checkbox (see attached screenshot)

I think you have the wrong module. This is the contributed aggregation module.

So this would be different than the core ag module? Is this one better?
