Configuration improvements [#3011383]

Basic functionality works great. I think the module needs some minor general improvements. For example:

Configuration to customize input placeholder text, label, and description in search block.
Configuration to customize additional attributes on the gcse tags (based on https://developers.google.com/custom-search/docs/element#supported_attri...). Particularly for the noResultsString and resultSetSize parameters.
Module configuration page is not setup to link from module list page.
