The problem

Say, you want to create an item list with a renderable array. There is no way to add attributes to the title. In my case, I wanted to add an ID to the title so that I could generate a table of contents with nice anchors. The #title_attributes never make it to the TWIG file.

Drupal core is moving towards using a “main” branch. As an interim step, a new 11.x branch has been opened, as Drupal.org infrastructure cannot currently fully support a branch named main. New developments and disruptive changes should now be targeted for the 11.x branch, which currently accepts only minor-version allowed changes.
