This question is really motivated to activate againe, due to that there is enormous differences in a communication to a holder behind Mobile against a Tablet.
I really can se a BIG need to be able to change my communications between the two situations "behind" a mobile or tablet.
The Mobile Tools is no longer supported Which gives the question a current status and points to a need.

It is a big need to be able to decide if the communication shall meet a person behind a mobile, or a tablet, so let think about this question one more time. IT WOULD BE GRATE IF THIS LEEDS TO A SOLUTION!

NOTE/I.E.
The Browscap amount of DATA on the server side is also very big and it would be grate to break them apart in two stacks, one for mobiles detection and one for tablets.

D7 reached its EOL back in January 2025, and there is no active release for D7 for this module anymore.
Development or support is not planned for D7. All D7-related issues are marked as outdated in a bunch.
