- James continuing to work on install profile.
- Nick to get forms on 2018 static site updated.

Sponsorship
- Nelson has a draft of the sponsorship prospectus
- Updating sponsor levels to align with how other camps are naming them
- How can we get creative with additional benefits for sponsors?
- Nick to start putting together copy in the prospectus
- Nelson to look into idea of reaching out to new belgium and miller coors about being a drupal/beer party bus sponsor.

Venue
- No need for an on-campus sponsor
- Venue reservations open on Dec 1. We're on the waitlist for our first choice dates. Nothing more to do until then.

Marketing
- Twitter is alive again!
- Phil followed up with Bob at the weekly drop to see if he's still doing the same promotion we took advantage of last year
- Van/bus service
- Lyft/Uber discount codes?
- Phil to start google doc we can use to keep track of transportation ideas
- Matthew to check into whether he has access to current dcco facebook page
