- James is working on getting base configuration in place and moving things over from the 2018 site
- Everyone's okay with doing a static landing page for the date announcement

Sponsor
- Nelson is working on putting together a prospectus
- Consider changing sponsorship levels to core, contrib, supporting
- Pricing structure: $3k for core, $1200 for contrib, $600 for supporting
- Nelson will work on putting proposed benefits in prospectus
- Nelson will have a draft ready for the next call

Venue
- Nelson got in touch with the King Center contact and found that student group sponsorship will no longer get us a reservation discount or the opportunity to book early. We'll continue campus outreach, but don't need to get a sponsor.
- Reservation opening is pushed back to 12/1 this year. Nelson got us on the wait list for our first choice dates. We'll plan to launch the landing page around that time, once we have our reservation finalized.

Marketing
- Phil is back in town and ready to get things moving on the marketing front
- Going to look into getting a Facebook page up and running. Use this to RSVP for the camp this year
- Reaching out to weekly drop for 2019
- Working to get in touch with other Drupal user groups
