I've created a bug report, but my post is somehow not published and I don't see it on my dashboard. I've saved the link, but I don't know how to publish it. In addition, I often get the message to wait x number of seconds for trying to post it again. If possible, I would like to have a confirmed role.

I re-published the bug report you created. The anti-spam system must have unpublished it (although it doesn't seem spam, nor does the report contains links or screenshots).

Now that the account has been confirmed, it should not happen anymore. If it happens, please open a new report with links to the posts who has been unpublished.
