Performance issue on creating discount

In commerce discount separate rules is creating on every discount creation. Discounts are re-applied every time the cart order is refreshed.

Issue is in my site 600 coupons is created.It causes performance issue, lot of queries are executing.
Any help will be appreciated , how to reduce running queries ?
