I have an account on Drupal.org (jitcdetfmws), and can access the Forums and some other things. But in trying to learn more about the Drupal 7 Overlay module, I get an Access Denied screen.
Details:
I can see this page: https://www.drupal.org/docs/7/administering-drupal-7-site/working-with-t...
Near the bottom of that page, there's a link for more information (https://drupal.org/node/1087026), but clicking that results in the "403 - Access Denied" page.
What do I need to do in order to get access to that page?

The linked page is unpublished, so users who cannot see the unpublished nodes get the 403 error. The last revision description says:

Unpublishing as content has been merged into parent

I will check which is the parent, and if it contains the information given in the unpublished node.
