Request for 'confirmed' user role

Hello,

I have been in a Drupal agency for 7yrs+ and now run the agency but have never had the confirmed user role.

I do not post a lot of content and so the direction to achieve the confirmed role in this way does not seem to work.

The agency I run is drupal.org/systemseed

Could you let me know the best way that can I go about acquiring the confirmed role?
