Tests for Webform 7.x-4.x-dev and Election 7.x-1.x-dev are now failing with the message "Build Successful". The console output shows all tests passing, but it seems to not be able to copy the test output. Example:

Error looks like:

Hello,

I am meeting the same issue on a Drupal core patch for https://www.drupal.org/project/drupal/issues/1657886

See https://dispatcher.drupalci.org/job/drupal_d7/98153/consoleFull, all tests are green but at the end, it returns "FAILURE".
