The patch doesn't work, and I don't understand what your modifications are suppose to do.

You remove the language from suggestion path (base on the current language!) and you replace it by an hard-coded German 'de'.

The correct fix it to replace the selected entity internal path with the url alias localized according to settings in the linkit profile.

I think we can close this as a duplicate of #2877535: Show URL alias after autocomplete selection instead of internal route (e.g., /node/123).
