Description: 

MySQL DB-API implementation of renaming table (\Drupal\Core\Database\Driver\mysql\Schema::renameTable()) now returns NULL as result like other core supported DB storages (postgresql & sqlite)

Before this change it was returning Drupal\Core\Database\Statement for no reason and was inconsistent with other backends & API docs of \Drupal\Core\Database\Schema::renameTable() method definition
