Things to note
- Session time card (15 mins and 5 mins) will be present in the room ( I will make that sure before the first slot).
- Let the session time card be in the room itself, no need to carry along
- Check the schedule before you go for monitoring the session for the updates/modifications if any.
- If you want to change the room from what you have filled in the Signup sheet. please let everyone know about it
Before the session
- Introduce yourself to the speaker
- Clarify that time for Q&A is the speaker’s choice
- Inform about the time reminder card - 15 mins and 5 mins
- Remind speaker to use the microphone
- Keep a check on a water bottle
- Remind speaker to use Microphone for questions
During the session
- Check if session speaker used the Drupal Europe speaker templates
- Headcount of attendees ~15 mins into session.
- Help people to use Microphone to questions.
- Press start/stop recording button, if it’s in your room
After session
Bring session card to registration desk
