Request for 'confirmed' user role

Hi,

I will be the only person responsible for publishing content in Skimlinks page in Drupal.
Currently, we have a contractor but he will leave his job for some months. So, we need to be sure he will give to me author rights for the Skimlinks page. Can you please confirm my account?
