Apply {project}:{module} format for dependencies also in main info.yml

Apply new {project}:{module} format for dependencies in info.yml https://www.drupal.org/docs/8/creating-custom-modules/let-drupal-8-know-about-your-module-with-an-infoyml-file

It is already applied in sub-modules, and I suggest to use it also in main module info.yml file.
My 2 cents.
