Adding an active flag to Drupal settings would be very useful so that other modules can be aware that the splash is active. Right now, jStorage is being set on document ready, so we cannot use the same code to check is the splash is active. My use case for this is that I need to add classes to that I can style colorbox differently when splashify is active.
