Request for 'confirmed' user role

I'm attempting to post a bug report for the Drupal 8 version of the Feeds module, but it seems that it's staying unpublished and I can only assume that it's because I'm not yet confirmed. I've been developing on Drupal for a little over 2 years, but am new to contributing to the forums.
