Field settings to make linking title optional

What a little gem this module to bridge the gap until https://www.drupal.org/project/drupal/issues/2353867 got resolved.

To make it even better I'd like to have some field settings offered, first of all if the title should be linked or not.

There already is another little module, that introduces field settings to pseudo fields: https://www.drupal.org/project/extrafield_settings. There's no D8 release, yet. But maybe we can take their approach to make Pseudo Title fields configurable.
