gisleWelcome to the Drupal community, AlexanderDolgov!
You've posted a patch (great!), that's means you've started on the path towards an automatic upgrade.
But what are you not allowed to? (since you cannot wait for the automatic upgrade).

AlexanderDolgov commentedHey gisle, thank you!
Looks like I'm not allowed to change the status of the issue, and I had problems with adding that comment with patch (looks like Honeypot warning message, like "There was a problem with your form submission. Please wait 279 seconds and try again.").

gisleI see that you've changed status, now.
I think you should be able to do all the things you need to do - you just have to a bit patient because you will not be always be allowed to do them immediately.

avpadernoPlease see Become a 'confirmed' user for information on the role and how it is granted. After you have posted some content on Drupal.org, this issue will be revisited or you will get the role automatically.
Thank you and welcome!
