I want to import events from a CSV file into the events module using the node import module however the start date and the end date won't import properly, they give the correct day but always show Jan 1970 as the month and year. I have read all the support on the forum and what I understand I have done.
I have experimented with different formats

2008-27-08T00:00:00

but none work.

I am a drupal newbie with zero PHP and CSS knowledge, so some things on the forums were a little out my league as I didn't know where to start.

Any help would be really appreciated. It is for the event module so changing it to a text field I imagine won't work. The submit date works fine.

It works if you import dates in the following format

Start End Text
2008-12-24 18:30 2008-12-24 23:59 Christmas Eve
2008-12-31 23:59 2009-01-01 00:00 New Year's Eve

Note: Event date/time information importing (appearing in drop-down list for field matching) only works when
Show in event calendar: All views is selected for the content type at admin/content/types/{CONTENTYPE}. (for me at least, event data was not showing in the matching options when I had "Only in views for this type" selected!)
