How to remove second confirmation email when subscribing to the newsletter

I use a Simplenews module, double subscription method. The user fills in the form, receives a reply in response, clicks and confirms his email. Good.
How do I disable the SECOND email, which comes to the user with a notification of a successful subscription and the "unsubscribe" link? It seems to me that it is not necessary, because when clicking on the link in the first letter, the user will go to the page with a congratulation. And the link "unsubscribe" is present in every mailing list.
