Compatibility with rename_admin_paths

The rename_admin_paths module allow to declare custom url as replacement for /user.
The problem is that this url is considered erroneous when trying to put it in r4032login settings (in "Path to user login form" field).

The goal here is to detect if rename_admin_paths is installed and so to authorize to use its settings when submitting the r4032login setting form.
