Didn't investigate deeply, but after uploading an image with a space in the name inside Drupal it was not being displayed in the exported static site. The < img > src was correct, I think, but the file was not actually copied over to the HTML directory.

Nice catch - I noticed a performance regression while working on this as well, so as soon as tests pass I'll commit this.
