Problem/Motivation

We have the same author by two slightly different names - Megan Collins and Megan Collins Quinlan. This is an error and only Megan Collins Quinlan should be used.

Proposed resolution

Change instances of "Megan Collins" with "Megan Collins Quinlan" in Umami sample content.

Thanks for the patch @johnny_bs.221B.

The patch only changes the author's name and looks good.

After patching and installing, I only get one instance of "Megan" – that being "Megan Collins Quinlan".
