Use in Ininle Entity Forms

when use in ief - widget not load, because library attached to $complete_form, instead of $element. So in src\Element\SingleDateTime.php need to replace
$complete_form['#attached']['library'][] = 'single_datetime/datetimepicker';
with
$element['#attached']['library'][] = 'single_datetime/datetimepicker';
