Hello,

I am using Radix as the base theme.
I have created subtheme of radix. In config.json, I have added the required
path.
my structure is :
a) themes/contrib/radix
b) themes/custom/sg_filtration

No issue in gulpfile.js and browser console

I am trying to use all the bootstrap css but it not taking those css. Could
you please help me.
Correct me if I am doing anything wrong in creating subtheme.

I have modified the gulpfile.js and passed the hard-coded path. Here is my gulpfile.js and config.json

Assets folder structure png attached.

I think there is some issue related to path. Please help.

@Dinesh18 here's a sample config.json file for a gafsp subtheme. You only need to update one line. Everything else stays the same. (Note the placement of radix and the subtheme).

I should Follow all the commands mentioned below 

Quick start for Drupal 8
Download and enable radix: drush dl radix; drush en radix -y; drush config-set system.theme default radix -y

Create a subtheme: drush cc drush; drush radix "SUBTHEME NAME"

Set default theme: drush en SUBTHEME_NAME -y; drush config-set system.theme default SUBTHEME_NAME -y

Install required modules: cd /path/to/subtheme; npm run setup

Update proxy in /path/to/subtheme/config.json

Watch: gulp

Will these commands automatically create the contrib and custom folder as well ?

IIRC drush does not create the contrib and custom folders. But you can create them manually and then run the commands.

If you don't want contrib and custom folders and want to put your themes in the themes folder then you don't need update that line either. It will just be: ../radix/scss.
