Piwik 2.9 is unsupported. Piwik 2.12 is the latest version and handles the migration tot Matomo. So the Matomo plugin is added. The feature is still called piwik, but all variables and dependencies are changed to Matomo.

After the upgrade a new ticket should be added to remove the piwik module from the build.

Remember to change local override-features before running the updb function else the old piwik module will not be disabled.
