I have deployed my website to AWS (Ubuntu 14) and there are few issues with:

Administration theme doesn't work for a certain path for not admin users (Use administration theme on the following pages)

I need to clear the cache, to fix the theme issue and manually revert the settings for mail.
I have found no errors, the status page is ok, however, the problem is common.

I assume this is a problem with the temp folder. I have followed the instructions re folder permission and groups.

adpo commentedJust to add, we're running on AWS so it's possible they made some sort of file-system change which temporarily could have made it unreadable.
