Follow-up to #2854914: Deleted Target Field Throws Fatal Error.

Feed types that already existed before the issue above was fixed (and have not be saved after) will not have dependencies on fields listed. For these feed types it would then still be possible to run into the error the issue above had fixed. As long as the feed type doesn't have calculated its dependencies on fields, deleting fields would still lead to errors.

We need a database update to save all feed types. This way each feed type will get its dependencies on fields calculated.
