I'm not quite sure what's going on here but with all of the recent dependency injection updates and the new messenger service (see https://www.drupal.org/project/invite/issues/2960097) that's now being used the 'invite_by_email' plugin has been given an invalid __Constructor (for a plugin that's created by a plugin manager).

Option a) to give this the correct constructor, option b) to use a dynamic getter for the messenger service.
