Exported config entities will be sorted alphabetically

#2860167: Add "orderby" to our config schema definitions implements support for this Core change. This will cause exported configs to have keys or values sorted alphabetically, likely causing differences to appear in Git if you have exported configs under version control. To not be confused later when introducing actual changes to the entities, you are advised to re-save and then export all Search API entities (indexes and servers) after updating to the next version (8.x-1.9+).
