Fix the module version in the CHANGELOG.txt

Problem/Motivation

As contrib modules are not using the semantic versioning yet, the module version should remain as 8.x-1.0 or 7.x-1.0.

Proposed resolution

Change the module version in the CHANGELOG.txt to 8.x-1.0 or 7.x-1.0.
